Blog 1 - our new addition

It all begins with an idea. After spending a few hours adding photos and reviews from customers to the website I thought I’d have a look around and see what else I can use to chat to you all.

I discovered I can use the blog option! so here is my first blog - lets see how it goes.

I think I’ll use this blog just to ramble and maybe show some pictures of what we are up to whether its cat jacket related or not.

We get up at around 7am each day, usually because the dogs get us up! So after taking them out for toilet opportunities I get straight to work, usually before I’ve even brushed my hair! Dale’s first job is to tidy up in kitchen and bathroom and deliver me a cup of coffee…… this morning was no different to our usual routine and with the wind eased it certainly seemed like the day was going to be a little better weatherwise.

Our lovely post mistress took our cat jacket post at 10am so I worked flat out till then prepping orders from yesterday and through the night. So after those were sent and paperwork completed, I went to do my hair and put a little makeup on, I then proceeded to replace my stock for amazon and the other readymade jackets in my store cupboard.

At the moment my new print fabrics seem to be doing very well, very popular and so I think it will be something I shall try to do each season: add some new fabrics and phase out old ones but keep my staple and good selling fabrics.

Lunchtime soon arrived and so a little break for that then back to it till around 4pm when I finish.

My house jobs will be clean out litter tray, brushup, hoover and then mop the floors. Empty the washer and put it into the tumbler as now its raining! Clean the kitchen and living room then see what else needs doing. Midges are still out, I can see them through my workroom window - they arent supposed to be able to come out in rain or the wind! Its cold, where is the summer?
